Professor Steve Azaiki is an astute administrator and his achievements cut across several fields including Academics, Environmentalism, Consultancy and Public Service. Prof Azaiki is a Professor of Conflict and Crisis Management & International Relations at the Ukrainian Academy of Personnel Management and International Relations and a visiting Scholar/Fellow of the Institute of Petroleum Studies, University of Port Harcourt.
He was a lecturer, Department of Phytopathology, Faculty of Plant Protection, Ukaraine Agriculture Academy; State Coordinator, National Directorate of Employment Oyo State; Commissioner for Agricultural and Natural Resources, Bayelsa State; State Director, National Directorate of Employment, Rivers State; Secretary to Bayelsa State Government. He voluntarily retired as Director Inspectorate National Directorate of Employment of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Abuja.
Professor Steve Azaiki is the Author of three books and has published hundred of articles. He is currently the President, World Environmental Foundation of Africa (WEFFA) National Coordinator, National Think Tank, Chairman, Intercontinental Group and a Member, Bayelsa State Advisory Council.
Mr Ebi Timitimi is the Chief Executive Officer of Channel Oil & Petroleum Ltd. Prior to joining the company, Mr Timitimi was the Managing Director of Allstates Trust Bank Plc. He holds an MBA from the University of Port Harcourt and a B.Sc degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. Between 2000 and 2003, he served as the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive of Linkage Assurance Plc. At that time, it was the most capitalized Insurance Company in Nigeria. He has over 20 years working experience in the Finance Industry which he has brought to bear in the oil industry. He has attended various local and international courses and is very widely traveled.
Mr. Timitimi is an astute manager and financial expert with extensive experience covering Trading, Insurance and Banking. He sits on the boards of several companies in the organized private sectors as well as Charities and Educational Institutions.
Hon. Opara brings to the board a wealth of experience from both the Public and Private Sectors of the economy. He was an Honourable member of the Federal House of Representative between 1999 and 2007. Particularly between 2003 and 2007, Honourable Austin Opara was the Deputy Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives.
Hon. Austin Opara along with the Speaker steered the House successfully and it is on record that his tenure recorded the most peaceful session of the assembly to date as it was without any rancour, bitterness or scandal. As the Deputy Speaker, Austin Opara was the Number 6 citizen of the country by order of Protocol.
Hon Opara attended the John F. Kennedy School of Government Harvard University Executive Programme, Public Financial Management in 2004. He holds an MBA degree in Management from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology Port Harcourt and a B.Sc from the same university. He is currently Chairman of Eufric Nigeria Limited. He has extensive experience in the Oil industry being a major dealer with Mobil Petroleum unlimited in Port Harcourt.
She is a business woman of high repute and long standing. Chief (Mrs) Nwachukwu owns the following business concerns: Nelphinco & Co Ltd: Foremost importers and Distributors of Toyota, Volvo, Volkswagen and Peugeot Vehicles. Edyphine Enterprises Nigeria Ltd: Indigenous Contractors undertaking Civil Engineering works, Road Construction, Erosion control, Dredging etc. Edyphine Farms: A fully integrated mechanized farm, piggery, poultry, palm plantation, fish ponds, cassava farming etc .
Ugoeze (Dr) Lady J. A. Nwachukwu is a philanthropist. She has awarded scholarships to the underprivileged, through primary and secondary schools. She regularly cares for widows and destitutes, giving them money to start small business where applicable. Currently, she is the National President of the National Council of Catholic Women organization of Nigeria (NCCWO). The Council is made up 53 Diocese and more 400 (Four Thousand parishes across the Nation.)
Mrs Oshiafi is the Group Managing/CEO of Truebond Global Investments Group Limited. She is an Alumni of the Lagos Business School and holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
She is an experienced Banker with over 15 years cognate experience in the financial industry. She started her banking career with the former Nigerian American Merchant Bank (now First City Monument Bank) in 1989 for the one year mandatory National Youth Service Corp (NYSC). She then joined the former Citizens International Bank Limited (now Spring Bank Plc) where she rose to the position of Deputy Manager before moving to FSB International Bank Plc (now Fidelity Bank Plc) and resigned as Senior Manager and Head of Corporate Banking.
Lola oversees the Truebond Global Investments Group with strategic interest in Insurance, Private Equity, Engineering, Publishing, Banking and Capital Markets. She also sits on the Board of so many other companies including Nigeria Wire and Cable Plc, Standard Alliance Life Assurance Co. Plc, Guardian Health (HMO) Limited etc. Lola is a member of various institutes and has attended several courses on corporate finance, risk management and investment banking locally and overseas.
Mr Tony Madojemu is a Chartered Accountant by training, a banker by profession and an astute manager of men and resources. He brings to the board, many years of cognate experience in various diverse fields.
Mr. Madojemu started his professional carrier with coopers and Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) He later worked at Commercial Bank (Credit Lyonnais Nigeria) Ltd, Diamond Bank, Fidelity Bank, City Express Bank Plc in a banking career spreading over more than a decade. Effective May 2005, he became Chief Executive Officer at Assets Guardian (Pension Fund Managers) Ltd. Currently, Mr. Madojemu is the Managing Director/CEO of IEI Assets Ltd, a subsidiary of International Energy Insurance Plc with a primary responsibility for driving the vision of the organization.
